PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Phoenix police say minors will now have to be under parental supervision if they want to attend First Friday after dark.
The department says due to an increase in violent crime at previous events, officers will enforce curfews beginning at this week’s First Friday Art Walk & Market in downtown Phoenix on April 5. Any teen or child under the age of 16 not accompanied by a parent or adult after 10 p.m. will be arrested and cited.
For those over 16 years old, the curfew is extended to midnight. After midnight, any teen not with a parent or adult will also be cited and arrested…
