Sam’s Club has announced specifics for the expansion the company has been planning since January 2023.
The membership-based club store will remodel all 600 of its existing locations and open about 15 new stores per year over the next eight to ten years, Sam’s Club said in an April 11 news release.
The remodeled stores will resemble the Sam’s Club in Grapevine, Texas, where the company tested a “register-free shopping experience.” Shoppers scan the barcode on items and add it to a digital cart in an app called Scan & Go…
