East Valley man suspected of robbing Mesa bank with glue gun, fleeing on scooter

A 47-year-old Mesa man has been arrested and charged with bank robbery after stealing cash from a credit union, authorities said.

Terrell Maurice Mars was arrested on April 18, officials with the Arizona district of the U.S. Attorney’s Office said Friday.

The complaint alleges that, on April 18, Mars entered a credit union in Mesa, “waving what appeared to be a handgun and directing the employees and customers to get down,” a U.S. Attorney’s Office release stated…
