MESA, Ariz. — A Mesa man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Phoenix after he set a fire at a Tesla dealership in the East Valley, authorities said.
According to a news release from the United States Attorney’s Office in the District of Arizona, the grand jury indicted 35-year-old Ian Moses of Mesa on five counts of maliciously damaging property and vehicles in interstate commerce by means of fire.
“If you engage in domestic terrorism, this Department of Justice will find you, follow the facts, and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi in the news release. “No negotiating.”…
