Phoenix police offering $2,000 reward for information on fatal collision in early April

PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police Department is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for anyone with information on the suspect involved in a fatal collision that occurred on April 8, authorities said Saturday night.

At 4:45 p.m. on the date of the incident, officers responded to the area of 18th and Willetta streets to find a motorcyclist who had been hit by a vehicle. The suspect was not on the scene when police arrived.

Officers took the motorcyclist, identified as 20-year-old Michael Ochoa, to a nearby hospital. Ochoa died from his injuries.
