Records show two Arizona health panels are missing the warning signs of fake doctors and dentists and patients paid the price. One case included Tom Elam who ran a dental lab out of the same building as his laundromat and didn’t have a license. The other was Mary Blakley who owned and operated a series of unlicensed medical clinics in Arizona and other states, according to federal investigators. Amy Cutler reports.
