Husband indicted in death of wife at Gilbert facility

A California man has been indicted on a first-degree murder charge in the death of his wife at a long-term care facility in Gilbert.

Justin Davidson, 46, was indicted on one count of first-degree murder in the death of his wife, Danielle Leigh Crosbie-Davidson, 58, Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell announced Monday.
