PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Police are asking for the public’s help as investigators identified a person of interest in connection with last week’s deadly shooting in Maryvale.
On Monday, detectives identified 34-year-old Emmanuel “Manny” Rojas in connection with the shooting that happened Thursday at an apartment complex near 67th Avenue and Indian School Road.
In recent days, the victims have been identified as 36-year-old Mario Martinez and 33-year-old Luis Mendez-Armenta. At this point, a motive for the shooting hasn’t been released.
Anyone with information is urged not to approach Rojas but to call Phoenix PD with any information about him and/or his whereabouts. They can also call Silent Witness if the tipster wishes to remain anonymous…
