A deadly incident in North Phoenix left one woman dead and a 47-year-old man in custody, as reported by ABC15 and confirmed by local police. The tragedy unfolded early Friday morning in a home near 40th Street and Bell Road.
Responding to reports of a shooting at around 6:00 a.m., Phoenix police discovered 45-year-old Alma Victoria Suchilt with multiple gunshot wounds. She received hospital treatment, where, tragically, she was later pronounced dead. The suspect, identified as Jonathan Llamas Cisneros, was subsequently taken into custody far from the crime scene, in a collaborative effort involving the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Arizona Department of Public Safety, Border Patrol, and Arizona Department of Transportation.
