PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Police say the Valley man accused of a violent kidnapping is now back behind bars this week.
Phoenix police confirmed to Arizona’s Family that Timothy James Wood was arrested Monday on a felony grand jury warrant related to a case where he reportedly locked his girlfriend in a shed for two weeks while he tormented her.
Jail records indicate that he was indicted on five charges, including kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
