A man died at a hospital after he was shot by a police officer Tuesday morning outside a Phoenix restaurant.
Officers from the Desert Horizon Precinct arrived at about 4:05 a.m. Aug. 19 in response to a trespassing call at the restaurant near 20th and Northern avenues.
