TEMPE, Ariz. — A Tempe couple has pleaded guilty to charges related to a confrontation with immigration officials that occurred earlier this summer.
Mehrzad Eidivand, 41, recently pleaded guilty to “alien in possession of firearms,” and his wife, Linet Vartanniavartanians, 37, has pleaded guilty to making threats against a federal officer, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office of Arizona.
