PHOENIX — Teen violence is on the rise, according to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Officials hope that talking about the issue can help protect kids and keep them out of the criminal justice system.
The Maricopa County Attorney’s office and the Chandler Police Department hosted a forum to talk about the trends in teen violence in the Valley on Wednesday night. This comes a little more than a week after a student was stabbed and killed at Maryvale High School.
