The city of Chandler service closures for the Labor Day holiday, Monday, Sept. 1, have been announced.

- City administrative offices will be closed.
- Trash and recycling are collected on this holiday. The only three holidays that impact collection are Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
- The Recycling-Solid Waste Collection Center is closed.
- Tumbleweed Recreation Center will be open holiday hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Chandler Tennis Center at Tumbleweed Park will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- The Senior Center, Nature Center, Snedigar Recreation Center and downtown Community Center will be closed.
- Chandler Public Libraries (Downtown, Basha, Hamilton and Sunset) will be closed.
- The Chandler Museum will be closed.
- The box office and gallery at the Center for the Arts will be closed Saturday-Monday, Aug. 30 through Sept. 1.
