PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Phoenix police are trying to negotiate with a suspect after a shooting inside a north Phoenix home on Friday afternoon.
It happened near 31st Avenue on Aster Drive, which is north of Cactus Road. Police said they found a man shot inside the house and he was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
