TEMPE, Ariz. — A 36-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly admitted to marking Tempe buildings with a memorable moniker.
Over the past several months, Tempe police have received reports of someone writing “P—s Man” with spray paint onto local buildings. Following an investigation, Tempe police identified Tanner Ballengee as a suspect in two graffiti cases.
Ballengee was taken into custody on Thursday and is facing two counts of criminal damage that reportedly occurred in July and August near Rural Road and Apache Boulevard, Tempe police said…
