The developer of Harvest Grove, a 311-acre mixed-use project with over 1,000 homes and 700 apartments will have to wait until Dec. 16 for a decision by Gilbert Town Council for an up or down vote on its zoning and land-use requests.
Council members last month balked at its density, traffic impacts and inconsistencies with the Santan Character Area plan.
