Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of Chandler Sunset Plaza, an entertainment- and fitness-anchored shopping center, according to a news release.
The 13.3-acre property, on the northeast corner of Rural and Ray roads in west Chandler, sold for $25.975 million, or $242 per square foot.
