MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. — A hiker reported missing along the First Water Trailhead, located east of Apache Junction, has been found dead.
The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said 59-year-old Richard Griph was found dead after the hiker was reported missing by his family. MCSO began searching for the missing hiker on Tuesday before the agency’s aviation unit eventually located his body.
Detectives are conducting an investigation and no signs of foul play have been detected, MCSO said…
