PHOENIX — A young girl was detained after crashing a stolen vehicle in Phoenix, the city’s police department said.
Just after 3 a.m. Friday, officers near 43rd and Glendale avenues found an occupied stolen vehicle. Police said it was tracked to the area near 38th and Glendale avenues where it was found disabled.
