PHOENIX — Queen Creek was ranked the nation’s third-biggest boomtown in a recent study, which compared U.S. cities that experienced the most “positive economic activity” and “population growth” between 2015 and 2023.
The findings from GOBankingRates revealed that Queen Creek saw its income per capita grow by 65.7% (up to $50,866) and population grow by 120.2% (up to 66,369).
