SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — HonorHealth, one of the Valley’s largest health care systems, is expanding its reach across the Phoenix area by acquiring several offices of Evernorth Care Group.
As of this month, HonorHealth has finalized its acquisition of 11 Evernorth branches located in Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Goodyear, Scottsdale and San Tan Valley. Evernorth had been operated by Cigna Health Care of Arizona and its health centers offered primary care services for patients.
