Phoenix man allegedly stabs brother after argument over $5

PHOENIX, Arizona — A man is dead after a domestic dispute over $5 and loud music, according to court documents.

The altercation occurred on Sunday night around 11:30 p.m. near 16th Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix.
