TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — Tempe has become the first city in Arizona to pass a law targeting drink spiking at bars and restaurants.
The new ordinance requires any bar or restaurant that serves alcohol past midnight on any day of the week to have drink spiking test kits available to sell or give away for free to customers. The establishments must also post signs indicating they have the kits available.
