PHOENIX — The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said Wednesday it will not pursue charges against Braden Peters after the 20-year-old streamer known as Clavicular was arrested in Scottsdale over the weekend.
The Scottsdale Police Department took Peters into custody on Saturday night on suspicion of possessing a forged instrument, using a fake ID to enter a liquor establishment and possessing dangerous drugs.
“This case was turned down due to no reasonable likelihood of conviction,” an MCAO spokesperson told KTAR News 92.3 FM in an email. “That’s all the information we can provide at this time.”…
