Local Woman-Owned Brewery Expands with Park-Adjacent Taproom Inspired by Community, Craft, and Connection
Self-funded and among just three percent of U.S. brewing companies that are solely woman-owned, Greenwood Brewing has grown from a garage homebrewing project into one of the top 20 largest breweries in Arizona, operating a downtown Phoenix brewery, beer garden, and tasting room. The Chandler expansion marks a meaningful return to where Greenwood’s brewing journey first began.
“Greenwood Brewing opened in 2020, in the middle of COVID, and it wasn’t an easy place to start,” says founder Megan Greenwood. “Since then, Greenwood has grown into something I’m deeply proud of.
