MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — Mesa police confirmed late Wednesday that an agent of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office played a role in the shooting that ended in the death of a mother of seven over the weekend.
“The homeowner, 47-year-old Dulance Morin, was determined to have been involved in the shooting that resulted in the death of Maria (Lewis). The circumstances and events leading up to the shooting remain under active investigation,” Mesa police said in an emailed release.
