TEMPE, AZ (March 9, 2026) —Phoenix Business Journal is reporting that Hayden Ferry Lakeside in Tempe recently landed a trio of major office leases in late 2025, with Meade Engineering leasing roughly 52,000 square feet at Hayden Ferry Lakeside I, Align Technology taking approximately 52,873 square feet at the project, and Cognite establishing its global headquarters at the Hayden Ferry Lakeside campus.
The 10-story Class A building at 80 E. Rio Salado Parkway is part of the three-building Hayden Ferry Lakeside campus owned by Cousins Properties. Meade Engineering, which specializes in data center work, moved its headquarters from north Scottsdale to Tempe in December, nearly tripling its office space.
Align Technology, maker of the Invisalign dental system and iTero dental scanners, moved its headquarters from San Jose to Tempe in 2021, though it was not clear whether the Hayden Ferry transaction represents a headquarters relocation or an office expansion…
