CHANDLER, AZ (AZFamily) — A person has died after authorities say they crashed into the back of a semi-truck that was on the shoulder of a freeway off-ramp just south of the Valley.
The crash happened just after midnight Monday morning at Interstate 10 eastbound at the Riggs Road off-ramp.
