PHOENIX — A Maricopa County judge has declined to revoke the release conditions for one of the suspects in the Preston Lord murder case.
Prosecutors had sought to revoke the release conditions of Talyn Vigil, one of the defendants accused of being involved in Lord’s death, after the defendant had reportedly been arrested for misdemeanor offenses following his release from jail.
