MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — Mesa police asked Friday for the public’s help identifying two people who may have been photographed without their knowledge in bathrooms.
The investigation started when a family called police on Feb. 10, just before 10:30 p.m., after they said they saw someone recording a 17-year-old family member in the bathroom from outside the home near Elliot and Signal Butte roads as she was getting ready to shower.
The suspect, identified as Erik Contos, 42, was reportedly spotted in the fenced backyard.
Detectives said they searched his phone on Feb. 16 and found eight photos taken through a bathroom window from the backyard, which showed three family members…
