Southern California-based homebuilder KB Home is moving its headquarters from Los Angeles to Tempe, Arizona.
KB’s new corporate home base in Maricopa County, located at the Hayden Ferry Lakeside business park, will preside over the company’s operations in 49 markets across the country. The change is set to be finalized next spring.
“This move brings our teams together in a more collaborative environment, and Phoenix is the right place to do it,” CEO Robert McGibney said in a press release. “It positions KB Home to operate more effectively and supports the next phase of our growth.”…
