NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A woman was arrested Thursday night after she fled from a traffic stop with her two-month-old infant in the backseat, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
22-year-old Rudia Sylfrard from Charleston County was arrested and charged with failure to stop for blue lights and child endangerment, and she was issued a citation for violation of a beginner’s permit and failure to use headlights when required.
