ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCSC) — The Mount Pleasant Police Department is sharing new details in the crash that shut down the IOP connector Friday morning.
Police now say a 16-year-old driver has been cited for reckless driving. A newly released crash report states the teen crossed the center line and hit an oncoming car head-on.
