St. Michael’s 275th anniversary concert honors the oldest church on the Charleston peninsula

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – St. Michael’s Church, the oldest church building on the Charleston peninsula, is celebrating its 275th anniversary and America’s 250th birthday with a patriotic concert Sunday evening.

Built in the 1750s and open for services in 1761, St. Michael’s Church is marking its 275th anniversary with a concert featuring patriotic songs and hymns.
