MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCIV) — Berkeley County deputies arrested a man on Monday following a physical domestic dispute in St. Stephen.
Law enforcement responded to the residence on June 22 to find one victim who had been physically assaulted following a verbal argument outside of the home. The victim reported that she had been dragged inside, struck in the face, and strangled until her vision went blurry and her breathing was restricted. She showed deputies her coinciding injuries, which included neck bruising and other notable marks.
The suspect was identified as 52-year-old Fredrick Julius Reaves of St. Stephen shortly after the incident, and deputies issued a warrant on domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature…
