CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A major redevelopment in the West Ashley area is showing signs of progress.
The city has started installing security fencing ahead of demolition day for a new city office building.
The project will transform the former Catholic Diocese office near the Ashley Landing shopping mall into a new consolidated city office.
