CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A judge has ruled that the man charged with killing the husband of the College of Charleston’s provost is not competent to stand trial.
The order was issued on Tuesday for Travis Wilson, who faces charges of murder and robbery in the 2020 death of 63-year-old Tom DiLorenzo.
DiLorenzo was shot and killed in July 2020.
