NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A 17-year-old was arrested Thursday after police recovered a loaded handgun during a foot pursuit, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
The juvenile, who remains unidentified due to age, was charged with possession of a handgun by a person under 18 and was released to a parent on custodial promise to appear at future court proceedings.
