NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A teenage passenger was shot during a road rage incident on Ashley Phosphate Road on the evening of July 13, North Charleston Police Department detectives said.
Officers were dispatched to a local hospital after a person arrived at the emergency room reporting a gunshot wound. The motorist told authorities the incident occurred on Ashley Phosphate Road near Rock Street.
