CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — Officials say the number of overdoses spikes every summer in Charleston County.
“Definitely been an uptick,” Stephen Kurdron, a lieutenant with the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office Community Wellness Unit, said.
