CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The City of Charleston says it is aware of unauthorized individuals living inside the vacant Dockside Condominiums building.
The building has been vacant since February of last year after it was evacuated due to structural safety concerns. Building security caught unauthorized individuals living inside the building last Wednesday.
The city says the courts and the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office will be responsible for removing the squatters…
