Charleston diners can now experience a taste of Chicago without leaving the Lowcountry.
On Air, Republic Hospitality’s entertainment and dining venue in downtown Charleston, has partnered with Food Network personality Jeff Mauro and Mauro Provisions to introduce the Chicago Torch (pictured), a signature sandwich built around Mauro Provisions’ authentic Chicago-style Italian beef.
