CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Two people were recently exposed to a rabid raccoon in Charleston County, state health officials said.
The South Carolina Department of Health said that a raccoon found near Erica Road and Quarter Hoss Land in Hollywood was submitted to its lab on July 12 and confirmed to have rabies on July 20.
