NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The creators of High Tide Festival are launching a new event this weekend: Low Tide Festival, described as the “younger sister” of the popular Charleston waterfront dance festival.
The inaugural Low Tide Festival will take place Saturday, Sept. 12, at Riverfront Park in North Charleston, featuring more than seven hours of live music.
