NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The community is invited to the Latin American Festival at Wannamaker County Park on Sunday, October 4, for a day celebrating Latin and Caribbean dance, food, and culture.
During the celebration, festivalgoers can enjoy live music and dancing to a variety of Latin rhythms, including merengue, reggaeton, bachata, and salsa. A selection of food and craft vendors will offer authentic cuisine and colorful folkloric art, while nonprofit organizations will also be in attendance to share resources.
The event schedule includes:
- Rumbao Latin Dance Group at 1:00 p.m.
- Julio & Rafa at 1:45 p.m.
- Salsa contest with DJ Luigi at 2:45 p.m.
- Orquesta Bravo at 3:30 p.m.
