Charleston County Coroner’s Office seeks help identifying man who died at Roper Hospital

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — The Charleston County Coroner’s Office is asking for the public’s help confirming the identity of a Hispanic man who died Nov. 27, 2025, at Roper Hospital at 316 Calhoun St.

The man was 5 feet tall and weighed 180 pounds. He was known to frequent the Stall Road and Ashley Phosphate Road area but may have traveled throughout the Tri-County area.

Anyone who recognizes him or has information that could help identify him is asked to call the Charleston County Coroner’s Office at 843-746-4030 and ask for Sara. Information also may be emailed to [email protected]
