Charleston’s culinary reputation has received another national vote of confidence — this time from a data-driven study combining Yelp activity with Lyft dining patterns.
Charleston has been named the No. 2 foodie city in America for 2026, according to a new collaboration between Yelp and Lyft. Only New Orleans ranked higher, while San Diego came in at No. 3. The ranking examined how people discover restaurants online and, importantly, where they actually travel to eat.
