Charleston’s Smallest Bar is giving local teachers a well-earned recess. On Friday, Sept. 25, from 5 to 7 p.m., the Hutson Alley bar will host “Recess at Charleston’s Smallest Bar,” a happy hour created especially for educators and timed just ahead of comedian Eddie B’s 8 p.m. show at the Charleston Music Hall next door.
Known as “the Teacher Comedian” for his viral, education-inspired comedy, Eddie B has built a following among teachers nationwide, making Hutson Alley the perfect spot for the local teaching community to unwind before the show.
Teachers attending Recess can enjoy specialty drinks available for purchase, along with light bites provided by Coast Bar & Grill. The evening will also include a photo op in Hutson Alley, giving guests a fun backdrop to commemorate the night…
