CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — Relief could be on the way for drivers who deal with the Maybank Highway bottleneck on Johns Island.
Charleston County is moving forward with plans to add a fourth lane on Maybank Highway between River Road and the Paul J. Gelegotis Bridge.
